The Redeye is already the world's quickest and most powerful mass-produced car.

However, when the new version is released in 2022 with the enhancements

including an upgraded engine with 797 horsepower, Redeye really lives up to its name.

In terms of performance and speed, the regular Hellcat and the Redeye variant are quite similar.

Even those who regularly drive a conventional Hellcat scarcely notice the Redeye's extra power.

For instance, the Hellcat Redeye and the regular Hellcat both need 3.5 seconds to reach 60 MPH.

Rear parking sensors and a rear-view camera were the only two standard safety features in the basic Charger

The formerly optional blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic warning, and rear parking sensors were made standard equipment with the 2021 Hellcat Redeye at no extra cost.
