Trucks replaced automobiles at some point in the last ten or two years. Rather, SUVs than trucks particularly.

Smallish SUVs like the Toyota RAV4 and Honda CR-V have been quietly dominating 

the sales market, for reasons that may include the higher riding height, the better road perspective

the more versatile rear luggage compartment. In recent years, almost every "car" firm has evolved 

into an SUV manufacturer in an effort to stay up with the rapidly changing automotive industry. 

The Sportage from Kia is their entry into this competition for 2023, and it has enough choices to contend for the sales title.

There are three different powerplant choices available for the Sportage. 

 a bigger battery pack to create a range-extending 261 horsepower and the same 258 pound-feet of torque.
